  • Provide dispatcher with an estimated on site arrival (ETA) time
    • Provide dispatcher with roll time when service is complete
    • Provide dispatcher with an estimated repair time (mechanical service)
    • Before and after photo of mechanical repairs
  • Confirm vehicle/chassis number
  • Confirm container number
  • D.O.T. Information of on & off tire
    • Off tire photo with container and chassis number, failure code and tire D.O.T number
  • Cause of failure on all tire replacements
  • Provide driver with work order stating services rendered (Do not include cost)
  • Driver is to take replaced tire/parts unless otherwise specified
